National Science and Technology Services, LLC

National Science and Technology Services, LLC is a small business chartered in Delaware to provide research services to the U.S. Government and the public. It provides services to the Legislative Branch via its NSTS Division. Its WTEC2 Division provides services to Executive Branch agencies.  

WTEC2 specializes in international research and development (R&D) assessments, building on the experience of its sister companies, the World Technology Evaluation Center, Inc. (dba WTEC) and International Technology Research Institute, Inc. (dba ITRI, Inc. and ITRI2). Both of these companies were spun off of Loyola College in 2001. WTEC is a non-profit, WTEC2 is a small business organized as an LLC, and ITRI2 is a small business organized as an S-corporation. Clients can choose the type of organization that best fits their needs.
